ALL students must have the following -
1. Complete Physical Form with every line complete including all signatures and dates.
2. Concussion Form
3. Copy of Front and Back of Insurance Card
4. Completed Online Runner Registration (opening soon)
Please note that there are NO exceptions and students without ALL of the completed forms will not be able to practice.
Students should also bring a full water bottle (at least 1 quart) and be ready to run on the first day of practice.
Practice Schedule (Meet at the Dunwoody Track)
July 31 - August 4 (7:00am -8:30am)
August 7 - August 10 (3:30pm to 5:00pm)
August 11 (6:00am - 7:00am)
