If you haven't done so already, please look at the XC Calendar for our training schedule. This week (8/2), we will have practice after school on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs beginning at 3:40pm and ending at 5:00pm. It is extremely important that you hydrate throughout the school day and eat a good breakfast and lunch. On Friday, our practice will run from 6am to 7am. Please speak with a coach ahead of time if you will miss practice. Remember - please do not bring valuables or personal items to practice. Every runner is required to bring a full water bottle labeled with your name. 8th graders should come over to DHS as soon as their school day ends. A coach will meet them at the DHS track to complete their workout.
Remember - DO NOT ATTEND CROSS COUNTRY if you feel sick, have any symptoms, have been in close contact, or just want to be cautious. Stay at home and email a coach.
