I hope y'all are having a great summer full of R&R&R (rest, recovery, and running!). Next week is our last week of summer conditioning. As we have done in the past, we will meet at the Dunwoody High School Track at 6:30am Monday through Friday. It is strongly recommended you attend these summer runs as they will be your best idea as to what practice will be like this fall. It is very important that you are there next week!
